Your privacy is our top priority! We will not share your personal information.  Any storage of credit card data is encrypted and only management has access to your sensitive information. 

 

SHIPPING

All items ship from Scottsdale, AZ. All orders will be shipped using our carrier of choice and billed to you directly on each invoice. Those wishing to utilize a different carrier must make that request at the time of purchase. All orders received by 1 pm will ship the same business day, excluding custom orders provided that all items are in stock. 

 

All international orders that are subject to inbound duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are the direct responsibility of the customer or end-user. All orders ship with no insurance coverage. Insurance on high-value shipments is the customer's responsibility. 

 

RETURNS

 

You may return any unused product for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date. Before sending anything back, you must email for a return authorization. We do not offer returns or exchanges after 30 days, nor do we offer returns or exchanges on clearance or floor model merchandise. 

 

30-DAY PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

 

Applies only to custom ordered golf clubs, and we will honor it only one time per customer. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Custom clubs may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery if you are not satisfied with their performance. We will refund or exchange the original sale amount minus the outbound shipping fees.
