All orders shall be paid before processing.
Current sale prices or promo codes will not be back-dated or honored for prior orders. If you neglect to use an active promo code during checkout, we will not adjust the price.
All canceled orders will be subject to a (3.5%) credit card processing fee. We can not cancel an order where the assembly process has started.
Accuracy of Order Entry
We are not responsible for inaccurate order entry. You must confirm order details before checking out.
We will accept returns of any unused products, excluding golf clubs, within 30 days from the date of purchase. For information of golf club returns, please see here 30-Day Performance Guarantee. All returns require authorization. If you have a return, please use this link.
Duties and Taxes
All international orders that are subject to regional taxes and duties are the client's responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
When an item from your order is out of stock, the entire order will ship complete once all items arrive. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items that show verification of delivery by the carrier. We are not responsible for items shipping to an incorrect address as provided by the client. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or if the gift card code is lost or stolen.
